Hayley Ellis

I was introduced to the sport of gymnastics and trampolining at an early age and took part in the sport for over 10 years, competing at English and British Championships. When I stopped competing, I started coaching and now have over 19 years of experience working in both club and school settings. I have been head coach at Extension Gymnastics Club in Tonbridge for 5 years and also deliver a successful pre-school programme.

As a strong advocate of the British Gymnastics Key Steps programme I have supported both curricular and extra-curricular gymnastics in a large number of local primary schools. The vast majority of teams I have coached have qualified for the Kent School Games Finals with a large number achieving medals at that level.

I am really excited to now be part of the Sprint team and look forward to supporting schools develop their gymnastics programme.
