Maria Mileham

I trained as a ballet dancer at The Legat School of Russian ballet and went on to study a Dance degree before qualifying as a Primary School teacher. I have been teaching for 27 years and have co-ordinated PE for most of those years! I am passionate about Sport in the primary curriculum. I am a sports specialist teacher at Goudhurst and Kilndown primary school and advocate an inclusive curriculum as well as signposting and supporting gifted pupils with their specialist sports.

I have coaching qualifications in Tag Rugby and Swimming as well as an Advanced Diploma in PE.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, singing, dancing and trailing around the country watching my daughter play hockey.
